As we sell freshly prepared food, we do not accept returns once the food has been delivered, picked up, or consumed. However, we will work with you to resolve any concerns. Please call us to discuss the issue and we will process replacement is equal or lesser value items


πŸ’Έ Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was server or delivered
  • The food arrived damaged or in poor condition. In case if delivery we work with third party vendor. In case of delay please notify us
  • There was a significant delay or issue caused by us in preparing food

To be eligible for a refund, please:

  1. Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable
  3. Allow our team to verify and investigate the claim

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or provider.


🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Mild dissatisfaction with taste or spice level (unless significantly different from request)
  • Change of mind after the order has been prepared
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery partners outside our control
